Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bezemer Online, located at Amandelgaarde 14, 3344 RD Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 99333473 and VAT number NL005379574B02.

We operate this webshop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”).

Our webshop is technically powered by Shopify. Any purchase agreement is entered into solely between you and Bezemer Online. Shopify is not a party to the sales agreement.

2. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS

By using our Services, you confirm that:

3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.

However, colours, materials and product details may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting or manufacturing batches.

Obvious pricing errors or mistakes in product descriptions are not binding.

Limit sales
Discontinue products at any time

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase.

A legally binding agreement is only formed once:

Your payment has been successfully processed, and
You have received an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

Obvious pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud or misuse
Invalid payment information

Orders are intended for personal consumer use only.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately during checkout.

Where applicable, import duties, taxes or administration fees may be shown before completion of your order.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

The payment method used is valid
You are authorised to use it
Sufficient funds are available

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship from multiple warehouses. As a result, the return address may differ from our registered business address.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.

Risk Transfer

The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer only once the goods have been physically delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, strikes, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period as described in our Return Policy:

Unless the item is defective, incorrect or affected by an error on our side, the direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We guarantee that our products conform to the agreement and are suitable for normal use as reasonably expected under applicable Dutch and Belgian consumer laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, graphics, product descriptions and designs, is the property of Bezemer Online or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Our Services may include tools, integrations or links provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, operation or consequences of using such third-party services.

Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

11. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shopify provides the technical ecommerce platform used to operate this webshop.

All purchases are made directly from Bezemer Online.

Shopify is not responsible for:

Product quality
Shipping or delivery
Returns or refunds
Customer service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages only and shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Transport delays

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

For consumers residing in Belgium or other EU countries, mandatory local consumer protection laws remain fully applicable.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
